Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or analyzed using the ROO application. If you think your baby may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ROO application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

3. Accuracy of AI Analysis

ROO uses advanced multimodal artificial intelligence to classify baby cries and facial expressions. While our models are trained on extensive data, AI is not perfect. The app may misinterpret inputs, especially in noisy environments or with poor lighting. You agree to use your own parental judgment and intuition above any result provided by the app.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your baby's well-being.
• You agree not to use the application for any unlawful purpose.
• You understand that background noise, poor audio quality, and lighting conditions can significantly affect the accuracy of the application.

5. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide via the app, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the app is unavailable at any time or for any period.
